1. Valentines Day Giveaway
Although it might seem like a superfluous date in the calendar we think celebrating your loved ones is a worthy American occasion to adopt! We really appreciate our Feather and Oak community and want to share the love and bless a lucky follower with a Valentine’s Day gift from us to you!
We have two of the most exquisite floral cushions made in-house to give away to one lucky winner. Head to our facebook or instagram page to enter.
2. Colour Drench Effect
Good-bye white wall minimalism!
Designers are now exploring new uses of colour, notably through all-over application, often extending to the ceiling. The colour drench effect helps accentuate a room’s architectural details and works especially well in spaces with abundant natural light.
Whether it be a serene blue, energetic red, dusty rose or earthy green the key is to saturate the space and allow the chosen colour to set the tone in the room.
3. Wallpaper Magic
How fabulous does this bright Hollyhock wallpaper look in our lovely client’s home office?
The fun colour palette elevates the room and I am sure will provide a tempting place to work even on the dullest of days. We are massive fans of the power of wallpaper to add personality to a space and think this is the perfect example.
Give us a call if you would like to bring some personality to your walls and have a look through our wide range of feature wallpapers!
4. Katy's Mini Edit
Loving for 2024
I absolutely love olive trees and hope one day to visit Tuscany again where there are skylines filled with them. Until then I must say that there are some lovely fake olive trees out there that look lovely in a tall, antique pot to bring you all the vibes.
Design Tip
Changing around furniture in a space can create a fresh and dynamic layout. Experiment with arrangements to optimise traffic flow , enhance focal points and make the space more functional. This simple change can breathe new life into a space.
