The Weekly Seven

Hello Sunday! Here are some of my favourite things this week including a design tip and a peek at a mid century modern renovation.

1.  Indian Loop Fabric

Grand, oversized medallion emblems sit proudly upon a luxurious linen-mix fabric, originally inspired by the beautiful ‘suzani’ embroidery found at Standen House in Sussex. Now available in striking colourways, including a softer neutral, and suitable for blinds, cushions and drapes. We adore this beautiful green!

2. Cascade Wallpaper

Cascade's dense canopy of bursting florals and foliage is an explosion of colour that is naturally radiant and defiantly bright. Zesty greens are punctuated with vibrant marigolds and magenta, whilst facets of sapphire and forget-me-not are balanced with coral and violet. This is a must-see wallpaper for those that love a little colour in their world!

 3. Styling Session

What does a styling session look like?

We begin with a Styling Date at yours! We will join you for a tour of your home so we can get a feel for the spaces you want us to work our magic on. We adore styling all types of homes - from a single room refresh to an entire home transformation. We can easily work with existing furniture pieces, or we can decorate a room completely from scratch. You’ll also receive access to our professional know-how and exclusive trade discounts.

 4. Design Tip

Creating a space with tonal colours is a wonderful way to elevate a room. Keeping everything within a limited colour palette always looks elegant and is a good way to keep your budget in check. This is an interior scheme we are working on for a client and you wouldn't know by looking at these gorgeous samples, that they are all budget driven for an investment property. Beautiful neutrals look elevated and timeless don't you think?

 5. Mid Century Reno

We wanted to share a peek at a mid century modern renovation we recently worked on. Orla Kiely's Classic Multi Stem print was selected for curtains which is undoubtedly one of Orla Kiely's most recognisable patterns. A brand inspried by mid-century design and vintage treasures, from the sixties and seventies this fabric bold in colour and pattern was such a wonderful choice. Take a look at these statement curtains!

 6. Honeycombs

Honeycomb or cellular blinds are a wonderful option for the cooler days we have been experiencing. They offer great insulation in cold weather, they are stylish and pull up to a minimal stack. Book a consult with us today and we can discuss all the benefits of this popular window treatment to ensure you stay toasty and warm this winter.

 7. Studio Update

We have officially closed our retail store but are getting closer to revealing some of the really exciting developments that we have ahead and revealing our new look showroom and studio. Thanks so much for all the support and if you want to come and chat a design project or renovation, a styling consult or new curtains and blinds I can give you a sneak peek (shhhhh!!)
