A Grand Entrance
When you step into our Penberley project you are greeted by an entrance that showcases a fabulous full height window displaying the view beyond the home out to the pool and garden. Dark stained oak floors, custom wood panelling, feature lighting and natural light flooding in from the window set the scene for this space and invite you in.
From the ground up, this project is a completely custom, new build, designed in collaboration with
Radius Building and Boyd Chamberlain Architecture. Nestled on the serene outskirts of Christchurch's garden city setting - this build has been imagined as both inviting and full of the modern comforts for our deserving homeowners but also respectful of its surroundings and location.
The entrance is the perfect opportunity to introduce elements that carry throughout the home. A blend of modern and traditional elements is a common thread throughout this home, so we wanted to showcase that balance from the moment you walk through the door.
