The Weekly Seven

Hello, Sunday! It's time to get warm and cozy and take a peek at the beautiful things I've been loving this week. From new elegant wire furniture, homespun fabric and our new luxe bathroom.

1. Homespun Fabric

This fabric is inspired by slow-crafted homespun textiles, and it captures the appearance of linen and wool while being made entirely from polyester. It's complex yet casual, which perfectly suits how we live in this part of the world. Homespun is a nostalgic household essential to those of us from the rural heartland of New Zealand, and I'm proud to say that it's a fabric that I can really call my own.

2. Anna French Wallpaper

I have to admit, I have a bit of a wallpaper crush. I've always been a fan of wallpaper—it's such a great way to add personality to a room but Anna French wallpaper is something special. The designs are so unique and interesting, and the colours and textures are just amazing. If you're looking for something truly different in wallpaper, pop in and see us in our showroom - We have 1000's of beautiful wallpaper sampling to browse through and love helping our clients find the perfect piece.

 3. Shaynna Blaze Lamp

Truly a contemporary update of a classic, this lamp from Shaynna Blaze's latest collection utilises an effortless combination of metal, glass and linen. I love the clear base, brass trim and crisp white shade - it provides a look that is luxurious, refined and works in modern and traditional settings. I also really love how the simple design of the lamp allows it to blend in with any style of decor.

 4. Coromandel Chair

I have always been a sucker for a good wire chair. There is something about their elegant construction and playful design that works in lots of outdoor and indoor styles and the Coromandel wire chair is no exception. This versatile piece can enhance any indoor or outdoor setting, and it is perfect for everything from sun-sitting to long conversations that run deep into the night. I also love the fact that this chair is so comfortable - throw on a sheepskin for winter temperatures and grab a mulled wine and you are sorted for an afternoon catch up outdoors.

 5. Ergo Outdoor Chair

I'm always looking for ways to make my outdoor living space more comfortable and stylish, and the Ergo moulded chair is a great option for both. The black, white and light grey colours are eye-catching and modern, and the simple design blends comfort and style perfectly. The stackable feature is also great for when I have friends or family over over and need extra seating, and the UV additive prevents sun damage so I don't have to worry about the chairs fading in the sun.

 6. Bathroom Fit For Queens

It's move-in week at our new Interior Design HQ and I am loving how the bathroom space has come together. Check out this sneak peek of the beautiful House of Hackney Plantasia wallpaper paired with the stunning Snelling Studio lights. Love, love, love.

 7. Keeping Healthy

As the winter bugs are on the war path and recovery from head colds and the flu is slow I am trying to add a few steps into each day to get myself and the kids on the mend and back to full health. Lots of freshly squeezed lemon juice and honey, warm pumpkin soup with ginger and spices and walks in the fresh air (then of course back by the fire!). I hope you are all staying well and please send through any recovery tips or tricks - I am keen to hear your recommendations!!
