The Weekly Edit
We are super excited to welcome a familiar face back to Feather and Oak Interiors. Welcome back Kayla!
1. Kayla is Back!
Many of you will remember the lovely Kayla who worked in our retail store until she popped off over seas. Well, she’s back and we couldn’t be happier about her return.
For those of you who don’t know Kayla she is the new team assistant who wears many different hats! Kayla loves cooking, long lazy dinners with friends and family, beautiful things, laughing, laughing, and more laughing. Inventing cocktails, and summer are 2 of her favourite things! You’ll see Kayla sprinkling the good vibes around Feather and Oak HQ very soon.
2.
BNZ Heritage Apartments
We are sharing some of the details of the stunning BNZ apartments in Kaiapoi over on the blog. If you haven’t already had a chance to peek inside this beautiful boutique apartment in the heart of Kaiapoi, then pop over to our blog and have a look around. This would be the perfect accommodation for extended family who need a place to stay in North Canterbury over the holiday period.
Give the gift of a boutique stay!!
3. Printed Black-Out Blinds
Black-out blinds reimagined with a stunning digital print on a durable block out linen look blind base. The delicate layers of this hand painted design feature banana and fan palms, rhythmically swaying in the tropical breeze. The La Palma palette includes the ever-popular Gilver with its sandy beach tones, alongside the brooding Sepia, reminiscent of tropical flora during the golden hours of dusk and dawn. Surround yourself with a tropical paradise all year round with this dramatic, painterly design.
These blinds are quick to turn around and would make a stunning addition to the home.

Wish List Item
Generally anything Christmas is big on my wish list. Hunting for beautiful Christmas decorations is a bit of an obsession in the Husband household.
Design Tip
Have a bit of fun!! You don’t always need to colour inside the lines. Create personality and dare to be different with your choices.
Current Obsession
Porcelain as a durable and stunning choice for bench tops. Porcelain is low in silica content making it a healthier and preferable choice to quartz. Available in many dramatic finishes.
