The Weekly Edit
This week we have an update on our Hanmer Project and I’m sharing a very easy but delicious Christmas dessert option.
1. Hanmer Project
We have almost completed our Hanmer Springs project and it is looking beautiful. We have added pops of colour to the interior to bring interest to the neutral palette of whites, beiges and navy with sunny yellow stripes and a statement chair in yellow velvet - our client’s favourite colour.
Don’t be afraid to bring your personality to your space with colour that brings you joy. After all, home should represent the wonderful characteristics of the people who live there and everything that makes them unique and special.
2.
Holiday Hours
We are now entering the last few weeks before the Christmas break and we are very much looking forward to a summer to refresh.
We have an incredible team heading into 2024 and we value the opportunity to recharge with family and friends over the holidays.
We will be closed from Friday December 22nd until Monday January 15th.
Until then it is business in the studio as usual! You can always book a consult via our website.
3. Christmas Dessert
One of the most divine Christmas deserts is The Pavlova Wreath.
Simply place meringue nests in a circular shape, pipe over some whipped cream, cover with seasonal berries and fresh mint and add a light dusting of icing sugar.
Simple and delicious whilst helping to keep the chaos of Christmas to a minimum.
Love it!!
4. Katy's Mini Edit
Wish List Item
A decorative cake stand with a glass dome for holding all the Christmas treats.
Design Tip
Bring pops of colour to neutral palates to create interest and character. Choose colours that bring you joy.
