The Weekly Edit
This week it’s all about subtle design detailing and we share the transformation of Paris For The Weekend Café. Happy Sunday!
1. Decorative Grilles
Archant’s innovative Wovenpanel decorative wire mesh grilles, can be utilised in many applications from intricate design highlights to large-scale applications to create a beautiful and bespoke aesthetic. These decorative inserts can be cut into the required size for any project to complement and elevate the overall interior style of a space.
These look sophisticated when incorporated into kitchen joinery, or perhaps an entertainment unit where you want to hide some of the technical components yet allow for full remote-control capabilities. Have a look at samples in the Design Studio - they are so cool!
2.
Feltex Carpets
Made from natural fibres, Feltex wool carpet is renewable, warm, luxurious and durable. Made in Australia and New Zealand, these wool broadloom carpets add elegance to your interior space. A natural insulation and humidity controller, wool carpet can absorb up to 30% - 40% of its weight in moisture without becoming wet to touch. This reduces the dampness in the air, making your home a drier and healthier place to live. Not only are these carpets beautiful they are also a healthy option for your home.
3. Paris For The Weekend
Have you had a famous cheese scone at Paris for The Weekend Cafe? If not you simply must head on down and experience not only the food, but the the Cafe’s amazing transformation (such a fun project to work on). The Cafe has been physically elevated to new heights along the Kaiapoi river and given a fresh new look with paint, a beautiful pergola, festoon lighting and a French striped awning. It is such a lovely place to sit and enjoy the riverside views!
