The Weekly Seven

Hello, Sunday!

Grab a cuppa, get cosy and let's take a peek at all of the wonderful things I've been loving this week!

From my favourite new glassware, bespoke velvet, new team photos and my Autumn intentions.

 1. Wondrous Wall Panelling

I spy new wallpaper from Arte! This week on my wallpaper watch is this design is inspired by classic coffered ceilings as used by the Romans to lighten the vaulted structures of domes and ceilings. It also adds 3D texture to the walls for some added interest! Love!

2. Bespoke Velvet

A long time favourite, this divine textured & luxurious velvet is what I am crushing on! With both a linen velvet aesthetic and a soft and sumptuous handle - Bespoke was carefully constructed with a viscose pile creating a lustrous, plush finish and antiqued surface. It suits sofas, chairs, ottomans, cushions and more.

 3. My Wonderful Team!

We have taken some new photos of my super fun and talented team. There is never a dull moment and I cannot be more grateful for all of these beautiful women to be part of the Feather & Oak journey (not forgetting Sam behind the camera trying to wrangle us into some semblance of order!!)

 4. New Glassware

I was incredibly excited when this beautiful glassware walked in our doors this week!! Edward and I spied these glasses two years ago when travelling to Sydney on a buying trip (two weeks before the first lockdown!!). I loved them then and they are still a firm favourite that will be finding a place in my drinks cabinet!! The draping glass and polished gold base are an incredibly luxurious touch that speak a little to a bygone era of luxury and of course pre-dinner drinks!

 5. Tea Time

With Summer coming to a close (did it even really arrive?!) one of my must have on-the-go essentials is a tea infuser! Remembering to stay hydrated throughout the day can be a struggle sometimes, especially when it's cold! Hence I've opted for swapping out plain old water for some delicious teas. I've linked a few of my favourite, nourishing teas below - be sure to stock up and let me know what you think!

 6. Let It Fall Alway

A change of season offers the perfect blank canvas for taking some time to reflect on how the first part of the year has gone. I've been taking some time this week to think about what I can let "fall" away. What is no longer serving you? The beauty of the leaves letting go mirrors that of the beauty that comes along with new energy, ideas and opportunity!

 7. Getting Grounded

I LOVE a good rug moment! Take a peek at one of my favourite rugs in store - the Griffin rug is a classic design that lends a refined touch to any interior space. Each piece is power-loomed in Egypt of 100% viscose for a smooth, silky feel.
