Here is a simple steak Marinade that is easy to sort ahead of time for a spectacular barbeque season. Prep and forget - I personally love this style of cooking.
SIMPLE STEAK MARINADE
▢2/3 cup olive oil
▢1/2 cup fresh orange juice
▢1/3 cup fresh lime juice
▢1/4 cup soy sauce
▢1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
▢3 tablespoons apple cider or red wine vinegar
▢4 garlic cloves minced
▢1 pound steak
▢Salt and pepper to taste
Put your completed marinade in a resealable plastic bag and add
your steak pieces. Refrigerate and marinate for 6 to 7 hours.
TIP - After Barbequing put it on a platter, rub it again with butter so it really shines, then drizzle over more Worcestershire sauce, extra virgin olive oil, and thyme and rosemary flowers, if you have them. We can thank Jamie Oliver for that pretty presentation tip!
