The Weekly Seven
Hello Sunday! Here are some of the things I am loving this week.
1. Matrinah Green Wallpaper
Matrinah Green reveals an arrangement of ornamental platters and dishes, all intricately patterned with birds and animals and edged with decorative borders and pie crust scallops. What a fun way to add fascination to a room!
2.
Alder Fabric
This design is laid out in the format of an original tapestry hanging and printed onto a heavy textured linen to create the impression of a real tapestry cloth. The rich colours would make fabulous cushions or a headboard.
3. Pineapple Table Lamp
Stylish and fun, add a splash of personality to your space with our Pineapple Black Lamp. This piece features a metal pineapple-shaped base and a linen shade. A statement piece to add playfulness with function to any room!
4. Bruno Chair
Meet Bruno, Big, bold, and oh so beautiful...This stunning occasional chair is sure to make a statement and fits in with many different interior styles! We love the Bruno chair for its bold elegance and beautiful details!
5. Styles we love!
As we all soak up the summer vibes, this gorgeous hotel in Australia embodies Coastal Luxury. Deep hues of blue, rattan and timber furniture with touches of brass create a restful yet interesting space. Find me poolside! 6. Bitten Beaded Artwork
Jonathan Adler designed and collaborated with an artisanal workshop in India where a master beader imbued the designs with craftsmanship and soul. Each artwork is hand-beaded on linen ground and takes nearly 100 hours to create. Beads of varying heights and patterns within patterns create a sense of depth and dimension. The result is part pop art, part textile triumph.
7. New Project
I'm really excited to be working on this social housing development at the Oxford Terrace Baptist Church in the heart of the city. With a wonderful vision to create an environment that supports a community of students, workers, refugees, the elderly and disabled together this will be a wonderful new housing concept for the city. What a fabulous commercial window furnishings project to start 2023 that will truly make a difference!!
